I love the Met Gala. The ensembles are usually a little more daring than what you see on a normal red carpet. But, the Met Gala has a theme and people should really follow it. I hate when people show up in a dress that they obviously picked months before the theme was announced, and then they still wear it…I’m looking at you, Paltrow. The theme this year was PUNK: Chaos to Couture. Here are my picks, based on the theme, for best dressed of the night:
Anja Rubik in Anthony Vaccarello / Cara Delevinge in Burberry

Leather pants are so expensive but Shopbop has some great options right now as part of their end of season sale all ranging from 20-70% off! Look at them as an investment piece that will be worn for years to come. Leather pants are always in style!
I am obsessed with these stunning and creative mirrors from Canadian artist and designer Karen Johnson of Mosaic Works. Karen takes ordinary objects like pencils, rulers and beads and makes pieces of art in the form of mirrors, panels and even furniture. I absolutely love the look of these! Check out all of her work HERE.
Target totally flopped with it’s Neiman Marcus collaboration. I picked up a few things at 75% off, but for full price, no thanks. But, I think there is a tiny bit of redemption with the current Prabal Gurung for Target line, out yesterday. I picked up the shirt dress (pictured last here). I think it will be fun for a spring date night. Shop the whole collection HERE.
And, I can’t mention the Grammys without a shoutout to Justin Timberlake. The man is just so good. Take a peek at his performance:
I think I might have to take up surfing because I am ridiculously obsessed with these J.Crew Rash Guards. They are so fun! Now I just need a beach and a surf lesson.
