Review: Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop

Sugar Mama's Bakeshop - cute logo!

Who doesn’t love a cupcake? Between frozen yogurt stores and cupcake shops I think we have sugar on every corner in America…they’re everywhere! But, I never turn down a cupcake. A couple weeks ago we went to Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop. I’d heard a lot about it, drove past it 100 times, and finally decided to see for myself. It’s a cute, nostalgic place and the cupcakes did not disappoint. My favorite flavor was the banana puddin’ which they only have on Thursdays and Saturdays. I’d really love to re-create it at home…banana cake, whipped topping and a nilla wafer on top – can’t be that hard, right?! Overall, I’d give Sugar Mama’s an A+. The cupcakes were moist, flavorful, and well presented. I’m excited that one of my friends has opted for a cupcake tower from here instead of a cake at her wedding in Decemeber…you know I’m all over that! Check out the goods and the cute names below. Go here to read the actual descriptions of the cupcakes.
