Language of Flowers

Did you know that back in the Victorian-era people sent flowers as a way to communicate? So when they got a bouquet of flowers it was actually a secret message whether it be love, rejection, disappointment, or success. We already know red roses equal love but who knew that there’s a whole list of flowers that have a significant meaning. I was pleased to see Bells of Ireland signified ‘luck’…they were my favorite at our wedding.
