Recipe: Snickers Cupcakes

We didn’t do traditional Easter baskets this year. Instead, I made Snickers Cupcakes. They were so decadent, we honestly didn’t need any other sweets in the house. I used this recipe for the devil’s food cupcakes and per her instructions pushed a mini Snickers in before baking. I think I finally realized the secret to the moist cupcakes you get from the pros – pudding in the mix! Wow, so tasty! I used my go to recipe for vanilla buttercream frosting and topped them off with cut up Snickers minis. I am thinking these would be good with Almond Joys or Twix…maybe next time! Enjoy!
